You meet your former high school crush while trying to deal with a business deal that may or may not fall through. Through conversation with her you discover that things are a bit more complicated than they appear. In the end, will you win the girl? Keep your job? Make a fool of yourself?. Really, no math at the table to simply go dutch? She is now ruled out as a path. Someone who can not do simple math is not attractive and as a women I am slightly offended.. The fact that your choice of ocean-related pun has a direct impact on which ending you get should be incentive enough alone to buy this short, fun little VN.. it is not a gam, it's like picture with bubble chats. wasted my money on this. voice acting are meh. ending song, vocals ar out of tune and going flat......... only buy on sale. why does it cost $3 to buy this. only try this if the game is on sale at $0.5. While this is free, I would suggest you only play it if you are extremely easily entertained or if you honestly have nothing better to do. The story is bland, twee, and I could not stand Tara. While the voice actor for her character didn't stumble, the accent and inflection grated on my nerves. While the art is nice enough it can be difficult to read the text. Poor choice of colour for the most part. It doesn't always show up well on top of the background. The music is decent. I don't have much to say for or against it. About the only amusement I got was reading the fishy puns you get to choose from at one point. If this story had a bit more depth then perhaps I would have found it endearing. As it is, I found it about as interesting as listening to some distant cousin complaining about her humdrum social life.. Not many VN\u2019s like this one, surprisingly thoughtful with excellent writing. I guess it can\u2019t be helped if stupid weeaboos who enjoy cookie cutter plots and waifus don\u2019t appreciate it though. I enjoyed how realistic it was, though the game does get a bit political at times and I can see why that may offend some. Fortunately it agreed with my political views, so I\u2019m happy!. Maybe it's because I've played quite a few VNs from the same group by now, but I've been experiencing some serious déja-vu while going through this visual novel, despite not having started this one before. (I was half-tempted to re-install the other VNs for comparison's sake but I couldn't be bothered in the end.The artwork of the characters is nice, but the backgrounds are, as expected, just pretty pictures with a filter effect.I have a hard time telling whether the voice actors are professionals due to the switches in character volumes even for the very same character speaking at a time. (Though perhaps anime has spoiled me into thinking that this would have to be the lower end of the professional spectrum when it comes to bringing a character to life.) Sometimes the voices were louder than the background music (which is what I set it to), and sometimes they were muffled out somehow.The ending song, while beautiful, does also not give off a vibe of production value.
